Parallel to the developments of the building sector in Turkey, and the increase of the number of , " intelligent " BMS managed, mostly high raised buildings, such as; office towers, hospitals, hotels and shopping malls, T&M engineering, expanded its activities to comfort sector and improved its organization to undertake turn-key contracting of such complete mechanical installations, i.e. heating, air conditioning, fire fighting, sanitary and others.
